Shipping policy
PACKING PROCESS:
Your orders will take 1-2 business days (excluding Weekends or PH) to process before shipping.
All orders received after 5pm Singapore time will be processed on our next business day.
DISPATCH PROCESS:
Local Normal mail and International Air mail will be dispatched Twice a week, every Tuesday and Friday.
Local courier: Pick up will be arranged 1-2 business day after order placed. You will receive your order 1 day after pick up. Tracking number will be given to you.
International courier: Pick up will be arranged 1-2 business day after order placed. Depending on your location, the estimated time of delivery will be between 1-4 weeks.
Our business days are from Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm, excluding weekends and public holidays.

LOST/ MISPLACED MAIL
Wrong address given:
Please email us ASAP at hellohappilico@gmail.com with your order number & the correct address.
Should the order be shipped, no amendments can be made. Happilico will not be responsible for parcels with wrong address given.
Any additional charges for return mail to Happilico or redelivery due to wrong address given will be borne by buyer.
Missing Parcel:
No refund / compensation will be made for lost parcel sent through Normal Mail.
Should parcel be lost for mailing through Smartpac, Courier, International Mail, investigation will be carry out by our shipping partners.
Unless error was made on our end, Happilico is not responsible for any lost parcels made by our shipping partners.
CANCELLATION / AMENDMENT
All hair and fashion accessories are not eligible for exchange due to our strict hygiene policy.
Should you require to cancel or amend your order, do note that there will be no refund for any transaction fees. All refunds are made strictly via Store Credits only.
Cancellation and amendment cannot be done once your order is processed.
