Orders & Deliveries

PACKING AND DISPATCH PROCESS:

Your orders will take 1-3 business days (excluding Weekends or PH) to process  & ship. For peak periods (Valentine's day, Christmas, Chinese New Year etc), slight delay will be expected. 

All orders received after 5pm Singapore time will be process on our next business day

Local courier: Pick up will be arranged 1-3 business day after order placed. You will receive your order 1-2 days after pick up. Tracking number will be given to you. 

International courier:  Pick up will be arranged 1-3 business day after order placed. Depending on your location, the estimated time of delivery will be between 1-4 weeks. International rates depends on your location. 

Our business days are from Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders are only processed and shipped during business hours.

Standard Courier Delivery:

  • Orders above $80: Free
  • Orders below $80: $4
  • Estimated delivery time after order is dispatched: 2-3 business days (excluding Sunday & PH)
  • Tracking available
  • 3 times delivery attempts. 

International orders: 

 

Malaysia - SGD$5.80

  • Free for orders over SGD100
  • Tracking number provided. 
  • Delivery estimates by Qxpress after order dispatched: 7 to 14 business days 

Indonesia - SGD $8

  • Free for orders over SGD120
  • Tracking number provided. 
  • Delivery estimates by Qxpress after order dispatched: 7 to 14 business days 

Hong Kong - SGD$10.80 

  • Free for orders over SGD140
  • Tracking number provided. 
  • Delivery estimates by Qxpress after order dispatched: 7 to 14 business days 

Australia - SGD$10.80 

  • Free for orders over SGD$200
  • Tracking number provided. 
  • Delivery estimates by Qxpress after order dispatched: 7 to 21 business days 


Rest of the World - SGD$14.80 

  • Free for orders over SGD$250
  • Tracking number provided.

LOST/ MISPLACED MAIL

Wrong address given:

Please email us ASAP at hellohappilico@gmail.com with your order number & the correct address. 

Should the order be shipped, no amendments can be made. Happilico will not be responsible for parcels with wrong address given. 

Any additional charges for return mail to Happilico or redelivery due to wrong address given will be borne by buyer.

Missing Parcel: 

Should parcel be lost for mailing through Smartpac, Courier, International Mail, investigation will be carry out by our shipping partners. 

Unless error was made on our end, Happilico is not responsible for any lost parcels made by our shipping partners.
